What is our return policy?
We are unable to offer a return for a change of mind purchase due to the nature of the product. We do try and give as much information about the item so you can make an educated decision about the purchase.
I received the wrong item.
Please contact us by email with all the relevant information and we will make sure the correct item is shipped ASAP.
Everything online is in stock and ready to ship, no backorders ever.
How do I make a change to my order or cancel an item?
We start packing orders in the early morning, once it is shipped we can’t make any changes or cancel the order.

When will my credit appear on my account after a return?
Your credit card will be credited within 3-5 business days from the date that we cancel your order or receive your item.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: Please contact us by email and we will arrange a replacement be sent ASAP. email@example.com

Shipping: We pack and ship the orders from our Sydney warehouse. Most orders are packed and shipped within 1 business day of ordering, please be aware than any event such as NSW public holiday or substantial weather event can delay the express shipping service we offer.
We use Australia Post from our Sydney Warehouse. Australia Post can deliver to Parcel Lockers and PO Boxes. If no one is home the parcel may be carded to the nearest post office but we recommend using the free Australia Post Parcel Locker service if there is one available to you.
What do I do if my order did not arrive?
Please track the order on Australia Post website, it will usually be at the local post office.
An item is missing from my shipment.
Please empty out all packing materials from your box to make sure that you didn't miss anything. Some items are small and are easily overlooked in large boxes. Please contact us for any further inquiry.
