Toy Purchases:
- Change of Mind: Due to the nature of these products, we are unable to provide returns or exchanges for change of mind. We try to provide as much information on our site as possible so that you can get an accurate understanding of the product prior to purchasing. If you are still unsure about a product, please feel free to contact us for more information before making your purchase.
- Faulty Item: If a product you purchase from us is faulty, please get in contact by replying to your original order email. From here we can either offer a replacement, or you are welcome to exchange the faulty product for another item of equal value.
Poppers Purchases:
- We are so confident in the quality of our poppers that we have a Satisfaction Guarantee policy. This means that if for whatever reason you are unhappy with the product you may return it to us (at your own cost) and we will refund the value of all unopened and resalable aromas. This refund will be supplied to you once your return has been received and checked on our end. Please reply to your original order email to start the return process.
